Seeking an experienced Technical Lead specializing in App Development to drive enterprise-level J2EE web application development and support. This role requires a strong foundation in modern web technologies and a proactive approach to enhancing support processes.

The ideal candidate will leverage hands-on experience with React JS, Spring/Spring Boot, and cloud technologies, with a specific focus on Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF). You will be instrumental in troubleshooting, debugging, and ensuring the stability of critical applications.

You will be responsible for hands-on enterprise J2EE web application development and support, including deep-dive investigations into production issues. This involves extensive troubleshooting, error analysis, and direct client correspondence.

A key aspect of this role involves utilizing GenAI tools to streamline production support, such as log summarization, incident triage, and RCA drafting. You will also build and maintain AI-assisted troubleshooting playbooks and identify opportunities for AI-enabled automation within support workflows to reduce MTTR and alert noise.

A minimum of 8 years of production monitoring experience in Java Web/Enterprise projects is required, along with proven expertise in Java EE and Maven.

Strong troubleshooting skills for the JavaScript object model are essential, alongside a thorough understanding of React.js principles and popular React.js workflows like Flux or Redux. Experience with Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) and general cloud technologies is also expected.
