Seeking a seasoned Technical Lead for App Development to spearhead enterprise-level J2EE web application development and support. This role involves extensive hands-on experience with Spring/Spring Boot and Cloud technologies, including deployment on Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF).

Responsibilities include managing the integration of various backend systems and collaborating closely with clients, architects, and frontend developers to define integration strategies and implement solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience with both onshore and offshore development management models and a strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Lead hands-on enterprise-level J2EE web application development and support. Drive the adoption and implementation of Spring/Spring Boot and Cloud technologies. Manage deployments and operations within a Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) environment. Oversee and contribute to Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CICD) processes. Develop and integrate backend systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality. Collaborate with clients, architects, and frontend teams to define integration requirements and technical specifications. Manage development efforts in both onshore and offshore models. Apply expertise in Agile and Waterfall project development methodologies.

A minimum of 8 years of professional development experience in Java Web/Enterprise projects is required. Possess a strong understanding of design patterns and their application. Demonstrated expertise with Spring/Spring Boot and various Cloud technologies. Proficiency in Java EE, Maven, and application servers like Jetty, Tomcat, JBoss, and Weblogic. Experience with Spring and other Java frameworks/open-source libraries is crucial. Familiarity with Spring Security and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions. Expertise in developing and consuming Web Services (REST/SOAP). Experience with database applications such as Oracle, MySql, DB2, including SQL, JDBC, and ORM tools. Ability to provide sizing and scalability recommendations, and troubleshoot connectivity and deployment issues. Proven experience deploying applications to enterprise-level application servers. Experience utilizing Agile development methodologies is mandatory.
