Seeking a seasoned Technical Lead with extensive experience in application development to guide our technical initiatives. This role involves leading development efforts, ensuring robust code quality, and driving architectural improvements.

We are looking for a proactive leader who can analyze complex systems, troubleshoot effectively, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Java technologies and a passion for modernizing legacy applications.

Analyze and resolve intricate defects, conducting root-cause analysis and implementing stable fixes without compromising existing functionality. Collaborate with QA, Product, DevOps, Architects, and business stakeholders to address issues and deliver enhancements promptly.

Conduct thorough code and technical design reviews, engage in debugging, optimize application performance, and execute unit and integration testing. Support application modernization by identifying refactoring opportunities and migrating components to MFE/full-stack architectures.

Troubleshoot production incidents, API integration challenges, performance bottlenecks, and deployment issues, ensuring swift resolution. Mentor junior developers, providing technical leadership in areas like React.js, MFE, full-stack development, debugging, and legacy application support. Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides, RCA reports, and runbooks.

A minimum of 10 years of production monitoring experience in Java Web/Enterprise projects is essential. Proficiency in Spring/Spring Boot and cloud technologies is required, alongside experience with Java EE and Maven.

Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills for the JavaScript object model and a solid understanding of React.js principles, including popular workflows like Flux or Redux. Familiarity with Spring and other Java frameworks/open-source libraries is expected, as is experience with Spring Security and SSO solutions.

Experience with SOA and Web Services (REST/SOAP) is necessary. Proficient in working with database applications such as Oracle, MySQL, and ORM tools. Ability to provide sizing and scalability recommendations, and resolve connectivity and deployment issues is crucial. Experience with Kanban methodology and production support ticket-based models is also required.
