Seeking a skilled Technical Lead specializing in Application Development to drive the creation, testing, release, and support of software applications. This role involves producing high-quality, functional code that adheres to industry best practices.

You will be instrumental in gathering detailed requirements, posing insightful questions, and proposing effective solutions to complex challenges. A key aspect of this position is writing comprehensive unit and API tests to ensure code reliability and to support CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting and debugging to enhance application performance, alongside collaborating with the Product Development team within an agile framework to plan and implement new features. Ensuring applications meet stringent quality standards is paramount.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, complemented by over 5 years of comprehensive IT experience.

Demonstrated hands-on experience as a Java Developer is essential, including 2+ years with Spring/Spring Boot and ORM technologies, and 2 years with middleware/service orchestration.

Experience with performance optimization, testing, and monitoring tools is crucial. Proficiency in common industry patterns, coding standards, and best practices, coupled with excellent troubleshooting and communication skills (both written and verbal), are expected.

Key technical skills include Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate/Spring JPA, SQL, and GIT. Apache Kafka/RabbitMQ, MongoDB, and Azure DevOps are considered advantageous.
