Design and implement advanced conversational AI applications, integrating OpenAI models, LangChain, and Azure Cognitive Services like Cognitive Search. Develop private endpoints for Azure services and create robust schemas, APIs, and frameworks to operationalize AI models. Build comprehensive app logic for conversation workflows, context management, and personalized recommendations.

Deploy production-ready applications on Azure, ensuring adherence to security, reliability, and compliance standards. Develop tools for data annotation, model performance monitoring, and continuous improvement. Mentor junior developers, share best practices in conversational AI, and establish vector databases on Azure cloud.

A strong foundation of 6-8 years in core application development is essential, with at least 2 years specifically leading AI app and conversational interface development. Proven hands-on experience with generative AI tools on Azure cloud is required.

Deep proficiency in Python and NodeJS is a must, along with expertise in SharePoint indexes, Azure SQL, and Azure Form Recognizer. Familiarity with LangChain, Azure OpenAI, and Azure Cognitive Search is crucial. Experience in Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), RLHF using Python, vector databases on Azure cloud (e.g., PostgreSQL), and prompt engineering tools is highly valued.

Knowledge of NLP techniques such as transformer networks and embeddings, along with hands-on skills in embedding and finetuning Azure OpenAI via MLOPS/LLMOPS pipelines, is expected. Strong communication, DevOps, and collaboration skills are considered advantageous.
