Seeking an experienced Technical Lead to spearhead enterprise-level J2EE web application development and support. This role demands hands-on expertise in React JS, Spring/Spring Boot, and cloud technologies, with a strong preference for experience in Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF).

Key responsibilities include leading a team, providing mentorship, and maintaining ownership of issues through resolution. You will be instrumental in driving other teams as needed and managing customer expectations. Strong presentation and communication skills are essential for success in this role, alongside experience with Kanban and ticket-based development models.

Lead the development and support of J2EE-based enterprise web applications, leveraging React JS, Spring/Spring Boot, and cloud technologies.

Provide hands-on technical leadership for bug fixing, enhancements, and production support. Analyze legacy code, troubleshoot complex defects, and perform root-cause analysis.

Collaborate closely with QA, Product, DevOps, Architects, and business teams. Conduct code reviews, technical design reviews, and performance optimizations.

Mentor junior team members, offering guidance on React.js, MFE, full-stack development, and debugging. Maintain technical documentation and support guides.

Requires a minimum of 10 years of production monitoring experience in Java Web/Enterprise projects.

Proficiency in Spring/Spring Boot, Java EE, and Maven is essential. Strong troubleshooting skills for JavaScript object models and a deep understanding of React.js principles, including popular workflows like Flux or Redux, are required.

Experience with Spring Security, SSO solutions, SOA, Web Services (REST/SOAP), and database applications (Oracle, MySQL, ORM tools) is also necessary. Familiarity with Kanban methodology and production support ticket-based models is expected.
