We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead for App Development. This role focuses on leading the technical direction and implementation of our application development projects.

You will be instrumental in guiding the team through the entire development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and robust solutions.

Drive technical strategy and architecture for application development initiatives.

Oversee the design, development, and deployment of Java-based enterprise applications.

Provide expert guidance on Spring, Spring Boot, and cloud-native technologies.

Troubleshoot complex issues related to JavaScript, React.js, and other front-end frameworks.

Ensure adherence to best practices in SOA, Web Services, and database management.

A minimum of 10 years of production monitoring experience in Java Web/Enterprise projects is essential.

Demonstrated expertise with Spring, Spring Boot, and Cloud technologies.

Proficiency in Java EE, Maven, and advanced JavaScript troubleshooting.

Solid understanding of React.js principles and popular workflows like Redux.

Experience with Spring Security, SSO solutions, SOA, REST/SOAP web services, and database applications (Oracle, MySql).

Ability to provide sizing and scalability recommendations, alongside solving connectivity and deployment challenges.

Familiarity with Kanban methodology and production support ticket models is required.
