Seeking a skilled Technical Lead for application development. This role involves end-to-end application lifecycle management, from design and testing to release and ongoing support.

You will be instrumental in producing high-quality, functional application code adhering to industry best practices. A key part of the role includes gathering requirements, clarifying needs, and proposing effective solutions to stakeholders.

Collaboration with the Product Development team in an agile framework is essential for planning and implementing new features. Ensuring applications meet rigorous quality standards will be a primary focus.

Develop and test application code, ensuring it functions flawlessly and meets best practice standards.

Actively participate in requirement gathering, ask clarifying questions, and contribute innovative solutions.

Write comprehensive unit and API tests to support continuous integration and continuous delivery (CICD) pipelines.

Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and user experience.

Collaborate with the Product Development team to plan and integrate new features within an agile methodology.

Maintain high standards of application quality throughout the development process.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.

Possess over 5 years of comprehensive IT experience, with a strong background as a Java Developer.

Demonstrate hands-on expertise with Spring/Spring Boot and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate/Spring JPA).

Have at least 2 years of experience working with middleware or service orchestration.

Experience in performance optimization and utilizing performance testing/monitoring tools is necessary.

Familiarity with common industry patterns, coding standards, and best practices is essential.

Exhibit excellent troubleshooting abilities and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred qualifications include healthcare experience and experience mentoring junior associates or working within large development teams.
