Seeking a skilled Technical Lead for application development, focusing on designing, testing, releasing, and supporting high-quality applications. This role involves writing efficient application code adhering to industry best practices, gathering requirements, and proposing innovative solutions. You'll also be responsible for implementing unit and API tests to support CI/CD pipelines, troubleshooting performance issues, and collaborating with the product development team in an agile environment.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Minimum of 5 years of overall IT experience is essential. Demonstrated hands-on experience as a Java Developer. At least 2 years of experience with Spring/Springboot and ORM frameworks. 2 years of experience working with middleware and service orchestration. Proven experience in performance optimization and using performance testing/monitoring tools. Strong understanding of common industry patterns, coding standards, and best practices. Excellent troubleshooting abilities and strong written and verbal communication skills.
