We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead with extensive experience in enterprise-level J2EE-based web application development to drive our app development initiatives. This role demands hands-on expertise in modern technologies such as React JS, Spring/Spring Boot, and cloud platforms. A strong background in troubleshooting complex issues and managing production environments is crucial. You will also be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and efficient issue resolution.

Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining robust React.js components, MFE modules, REST APIs, and microservices. You will provide essential technical leadership for bug fixes, enhancements, and production support, tackling both new and legacy systems. A key aspect of this role involves deep dives into legacy code to perform root-cause analysis and implement stable solutions without disrupting existing functionality.

Lead the development and support of enterprise J2EE web applications.

Apply hands-on experience with React JS, Spring/Spring Boot, and cloud technologies.

Utilize experience in troubleshooting and debugging complex technical issues.

Manage B2B functions including production monitoring, error analysis, client correspondence, and in-depth issue investigation.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Own and drive issues to resolution, collaborating with other teams as necessary.

Develop and maintain reusable React.js components, MFE modules, REST APIs, and microservices, adhering to scalable architecture and coding standards.

Offer hands-on technical leadership for bug fixing, enhancements, and production support across modern and legacy applications.

Analyze legacy code, troubleshoot defects, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes without impacting current functionality.

Collaborate with QA, Product, DevOps, Architects, and business teams to resolve issues and deliver enhancements.

Conduct code reviews, technical design reviews, debugging, performance optimization, and unit/integration testing.

Support application modernization efforts by refactoring legacy components and migrating functionality to MFE/full-stack architecture.

Troubleshoot production incidents, integration/API issues, performance problems, and deployment-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.

Mentor developers, providing technical guidance on React.js, MFE, full-stack development, debugging, and legacy application support.

Maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides, RCA reports, and application support runbooks.

A minimum of 10+ years of experience in production monitoring within Java Web/Enterprise projects is required.

Demonstrated experience with Spring/Spring Boot and cloud technologies is essential.

Proficiency in Java EE and Maven is expected.

Strong troubleshooting skills for the JavaScript object model are necessary.

A thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles, including popular workflows like Flux or Redux, is vital.

Experience with Spring and other Java frameworks/open-source libraries is required.

Familiarity with Spring Security and SSO solutions is needed.

Experience with SOA and Web Services (REST/SOAP) is a must.

Knowledge of database applications like Oracle, MySQL, and ORM tools is required.

Proven ability to provide sizing and scalability recommendations and solve connectivity and deployment issues is necessary.

Experience using Kanban methodology and production support ticket-based models is required.

Mandatory skills include RxJS, Java, Spring Boot, React JS, REST API's, JavaScript, and MySQL.

Optional skills include Kubernetes and TypeScript.
