- Design, develop, and implement full-stack web applications using Java and ReactJS. - Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and implementation plans. - Debug and resolve technical issues through thorough investigation and analysis. - Ensure application designs comply with established specifications and standards. - Collaborate with teams to integrate and build software systems effectively. - Drive technical excellence and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the development team.

- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Full Stack development with Java and ReactJS. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end build tools (Babel, Webpack, NPM). - Solid understanding of Redux, RESTful APIs, and modern authorization mechanisms like JSON Web Token. - Experience with Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, RxJS, and MySQL is mandatory. - Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git is essential. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. Knowledge of isomorphic React, Kubernetes, and TypeScript are considered advantageous.
