This role seeks a seasoned MERN Stack Developer to architect, build, and maintain robust enterprise web applications. These applications will support critical functions like data ingestion monitoring, regulatory workflows, and analytics consumption within a Snowflake-based data ecosystem. The focus is on creating scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions integrated with cloud data services and BI platforms, operating within the stringent requirements of the Life Sciences industry.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into high-level architecture and detailed technical designs. You will be instrumental in defining component-level designs, integration patterns, and data flows for both frontend and backend systems. Developing and maintaining web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js is central to this role. This includes building reusable UI components, responsive interfaces for data monitoring and regulatory processes, and creating secure, scalable backend services and RESTful APIs. A full product lifecycle experience with an API-first approach is expected, with the ability to lead product design and development independently.

This position requires strong backend expertise coupled with practical UI development skills. Experience with DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is essential. You will implement comprehensive security measures, including authentication, authorization, and role-based access controls, ensuring compliance with enterprise security standards. Optimizing application performance, scalability, and availability, while securely handling sensitive regulatory data, is paramount. Agile delivery is key, involving participation in sprint ceremonies and performing code reviews and unit testing. Production support, including incident resolution and root cause analysis for UI, API, and integration layers, is also a critical aspect of this role.
