Join our team as a Technical Lead for App Development, focusing on enterprise-level J2EE web applications. This role involves hands-on development, support, and integration of various backend systems.

You will collaborate closely with clients, architects, and frontend developers to define integration strategies, finalize implementation details, and execute these plans. Experience with onshore and offshore development management models is a plus.

We are seeking a candidate with excellent communication skills, proficient in Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.

Lead hands-on development and support of enterprise-level J2EE-based web applications.

Utilize Spring, Spring Boot, and cloud technologies for application development.

Work within the Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) environment and manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CICD) processes.

Integrate different backend systems and define integration strategies with client systems.

Manage development in an onshore and offshore model, ensuring smooth project execution.

A minimum of 8 years of development experience in Java Web/Enterprise projects is required.

Demonstrated understanding of design patterns and experience with Spring/Spring Boot/Cloud technologies. Proficiency in Java EE and Maven is essential.

Experience with application servers like Jetty, Tomcat, JBoss, or Weblogic is needed. Familiarity with Spring and other Java frameworks/open-source libraries, including Spring Security and SSO solutions, is crucial.

Expertise in Web Services (REST/SOAP) and database applications such as Oracle, MySQL, or DB2, along with SQL, JDBC, and ORM tools, is expected.

Ability to provide sizing and scalability recommendations, troubleshoot connectivity, and deployment issues is key. Experience deploying to enterprise application servers and using Agile development methodologies is mandatory.
