A leadership role is available for an experienced Technical Lead specializing in Application Development. This position involves hands-on enterprise-level J2EE web application development and support, with a strong emphasis on React JS, Spring/Spring Boot, and Cloud technologies. Experience with Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) is also a key requirement.

The role demands exceptional troubleshooting and debugging skills, particularly within a support context for B2B functions. This includes production data monitoring, error analysis, effective client communication (both electronic and phone), and in-depth investigation of system failures.

This is an opportunity to lead a team and manage offshore production monitoring. You will mentor junior team members, ensure issue resolution ownership, and effectively drive cross-team collaboration while managing customer expectations.

Lead the development and maintenance of reusable React.js components, MFE modules, REST APIs, and microservices, adhering to scalable architecture and coding standards. Provide hands-on technical leadership for bug fixing, enhancements, and production support across both modern applications and legacy systems. Analyze legacy code, troubleshoot complex defects, perform root-cause analysis, and implement reliable fixes without impacting existing functionality. Collaborate closely with QA, Product, DevOps, Architects, and business teams to resolve defects and deliver enhancements within agreed timelines. Conduct code reviews, technical design reviews, debugging, performance optimization, and unit/integration testing. Support application modernization by identifying opportunities to refactor legacy components and migrate functionality towards MFE/full-stack architecture. Troubleshoot production incidents, integration/API issues, performance problems, and deployment-related issues, ensuring timely resolution. Mentor developers and provide technical guidance on React.js, MFE, full-stack development, debugging, and legacy application support.

Extensive hands-on experience with J2EE-based enterprise web application development and support. Proven experience with React JS, Spring/Spring Boot, and Cloud technologies. Proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging complex issues within a production environment. Demonstrated experience in a support role, including B2B functions like production monitoring, error analysis, client correspondence, and deep-dive issue investigation. Ability to lead a technical team and manage an offshore production monitoring model. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to provide guidance, assistance, and mentoring to junior team members. Experience working with Kanban and ticket-based workflows. Proficiency in RxJS, Java, Spring Boot, React JS, REST APIs, JavaScript, and MySQL. Familiarity with Kubernetes and TypeScript is considered optional.
