Seeking a seasoned Java Senior Developer to drive application development lifecycle, from initial testing and release through ongoing support.

This role involves creating fully functional application code aligned with industry best practices. You'll be instrumental in gathering project requirements, proposing effective solutions, and writing comprehensive unit and API tests to ensure code quality and support CI/CD pipelines.

Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and debugging applications to optimize performance, and collaborating with the Product Development team for agile planning of new features.

You will ensure all applications adhere to stringent quality standards and contribute to the seamless delivery of robust software solutions.

Additional contributions may involve mentoring junior associates and contributing to large development teams.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, alongside a minimum of 5 years of overall IT experience.

Essential hands-on experience includes Java development, with at least 2 years working with Spring/Springboot and ORM frameworks. Proficiency in middleware/service orchestration, performance optimization techniques, and common industry patterns is also critical.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills, are fundamental for success in this role.
