An AI Support Engineer is sought to enhance and streamline Generative AI solutions across Azure AI Services and AWS Bedrock. This role is crucial for maintaining the efficiency and availability of advanced AI technologies.

Focus will be placed on ensuring robust performance, high availability, and seamless deployments within cloud environments. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and system optimization.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in cloud architecture and production support, contributing to the overall success of our AI initiatives.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with AI models, ensuring optimal performance and uptime. Monitor the performance of AI solutions and implement necessary adjustments. Support the deployment and management of AI services in cloud infrastructure. Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance AI model capabilities and integration.

Key responsibilities include ensuring the high availability of AI services and supporting incident management processes. This role is integral to the smooth operation of our AI ecosystem.

Requires 3-6 years of hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformer-based models. Proficiency in Azure AI and AWS Bedrock is essential. Experience with cloud-native applications and developing Spring Boot microservices is highly valued.

A solid understanding of cloud architecture, incident management, and production support is mandatory. Azure/AWS certifications, DevOps knowledge, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines are advantageous.
