You will be responsible for providing expert technical support and troubleshooting for generative AI models on Azure AI services and AWS Bedrock. Your role includes monitoring and enhancing AI model performance for maximum availability and reliability. You'll collaborate with development teams to seamlessly integrate AI services with Spring Boot microservices. Additionally, you'll utilize tools like Splunk and New Relic for system health tracking and issue diagnosis, assist in cloud deployment and scaling of AI models, and maintain comprehensive documentation.

We are looking for candidates with strong experience in Generative AI models, including large language models and transformer architectures. Hands-on expertise with Azure AI services for model deployment and monitoring is essential. Familiarity with AWS Bedrock for managing foundation models in production environments is also required. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, coupled with prior experience supporting AI/ML models in production, is necessary. Excellent problem-solving skills are crucial for success in this dynamic environment.
