Oversee production monitoring and troubleshooting for Java Web/Enterprise projects, ensuring high availability and performance. Collaborate on architectural decisions, focusing on Spring Boot, Microservices, and cloud-native solutions. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Ensure adherence to security standards and implement SSO solutions. Manage database interactions, optimizing performance with Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server. Utilize Kanban methodology for efficient workflow management and ticket-based support.

A minimum of 10 years of production monitoring experience in Java Web/Enterprise projects is essential. Proven expertise in Spring / Spring Boot, Cloud technologies, and Java EE is required. Strong troubleshooting skills for JavaScript and a deep understanding of React.js and its core principles are necessary. Experience with popular React.js workflows like Flux or Redux is highly valued. Proficiency in Spring and other Java frameworks/libraries, along with Spring Security and SSO solutions, is expected. Familiarity with SOA, Web Services (REST/SOAP), and database applications (Oracle, MySQL) is crucial. Experience providing sizing, scalability recommendations, and resolving connectivity/deployment issues is required.
