Seeking a seasoned Technical Lead with extensive experience in enterprise-level Java application development. This role involves leading the design, development, and support of J2EE-based web applications, with a strong focus on modern technologies like Spring Boot and Microservices.

Lead the development and support of enterprise-level J2EE web applications. Implement solutions using Spring Boot, Microservices, and cloud technologies. Manage development within the Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) environment. Oversee Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CICD) processes. Collaborate with clients, architects, and frontend developers to define and implement backend integrations. Manage onshore and offshore development teams effectively. Ensure adherence to Agile and Waterfall project methodologies. Provide technical guidance and solutions for complex integration challenges.

A minimum of 8 years of professional development experience in Java Web/Enterprise projects is essential. Proficiency in Java 1.8, Spring Boot, Microservices, and strong JavaScript is mandatory. Demonstrated understanding of design patterns and Java EE. Experience with application servers such as Jetty, Tomcat, JBoss, or Weblogic is required. Familiarity with Spring and other Java frameworks/libraries is expected. Experience with Spring Security and SSO solutions. Proficiency in developing and consuming Web Services (REST/SOAP). Experience with database applications (Oracle, MySql, DB2) and SQL, JDBC, ORM tools. Ability to provide sizing, scalability recommendations, and resolve connectivity/deployment issues. Experience deploying applications in enterprise environments. Proven experience with Agile development methodologies.
