This role focuses on leading end-to-end cloud engineering programs on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Delivery Manager with deep technical expertise in GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, and AI/ML, alongside exceptional delivery management skills. Ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Spearhead the complete technical delivery of GCP cloud programs, from conception through to launch and ongoing support. Lead diverse teams of cloud engineers, IAM specialists, GKE administrators, and ML engineers.

Develop and manage programme roadmaps, detailed delivery plans, RAID logs, and comprehensive stakeholder reports for both executive and working-level audiences. Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, ensuring engineering squads maintain optimal velocity and quality. Provide technical guidance across key GCP workstreams including IAM governance, GKE platform, Vertex AI, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible).

A minimum of 15 years of professional experience, including over 6 years in technology delivery and at least 3 years specifically managing GCP cloud delivery programs. Possess a robust technical foundation in GCP services, Kubernetes/GKE, Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD practices.

Demonstrate proven experience leading cross-functional engineering teams of 8+ individuals in dynamic environments. A strong grasp of GCP IAM, cloud security principles, and compliance requirements is essential. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and SAFe delivery frameworks and associated tools (Jira, Confluence) is required. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences, are crucial. Understanding of cloud financial management, cost optimization, and budgetary governance is expected. Familiarity with Vertex AI and ML delivery pipelines at an oversight level is beneficial.
