You will be part of our Client Innovation Centers, delivering specialized technical and industry expertise to a diverse range of public and private sector clients. These centers are hubs for innovation, fostering the adoption of cutting-edge technologies.

Lead the development and deployment of tool-using agents that seamlessly interact with APIs, databases, and knowledge systems. Oversee a team of AI/ML Engineers in building sophisticated multi-agent systems, including robust agent memory and fault-tolerant orchestration pipelines.

Develop and scale cloud-native systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP. Conduct thorough simulation and testing of multi-agent interactions to ensure scalability, safety, and emergent behaviors. Implement advanced guardrail systems and embed compliance and observability hooks into every agent interaction.

This position requires a Bachelor's Degree and 7-8 years of experience. You will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and customizing AI-driven solutions, translating designs into functional systems. Key tasks include deploying AI services, building RAG pipelines, configuring prompts and guardrails, and optimizing system performance and cost.

Strong hands-on expertise in API integration, event-driven architectures, workflow automation, and LLMOps is crucial. The role emphasizes reliability, scalability, and responsible AI principles throughout the development lifecycle. Collaboration with architects, data engineers, and stakeholders is vital for validating requirements and delivering robust solutions.
