Seeking experienced Technical Business Analysts to enhance processes and tooling for managing critical open-source software security patches. You will join a collaborative team of experts in architecture, engineering, security, and operations to build a robust vulnerability remediation system with demanding deadlines.

This role focuses on establishing an end-to-end capability for identifying, prioritizing, testing, and deploying security patches. The successful candidate will be instrumental in defining and documenting the workflows required for vulnerability detection and prioritization, leveraging advanced AI solutions. You will also oversee patch acquisition, testing, release, and deployment, ensuring compliance with enterprise governance and risk requirements.

Key duties involve developing and documenting business and technical processes for CVE detection and prioritization using AI tools like Mythos and OpenAI. You will coordinate the procurement of approved patches from partners, support testing phases, and manage release and automated deployment activities. Ensuring adherence to enterprise governance, risk, and compliance standards is paramount.

This position demands strong stakeholder engagement, the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions, and collaborative experience across security, engineering, and operations domains. You'll contribute to the overall security posture and operational efficiency of the organization.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in Technical Business Analysis is required.

Proficiency in the following areas is essential: - ITSM processes, particularly Change and Incident Management - Vulnerability Management and CVE remediation - Open Source Software lifecycle management - Automation and DevOps practices - AI and ML-enabled workflows - Software release and patch management - Process design and operational governance - Stakeholder management and requirements elicitation - Agile delivery methodologies - Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
