Key responsibilities include building, provisioning, and deploying Windows devices using SCCM/MECM OSD and Microsoft Intune Autopilot. You will provide essential deskside and field support for desktops, laptops, and related workplace technologies, troubleshooting deployment and application issues. Additionally, support for Windows Kiosk devices, incident management via ServiceNow, and remote support using tools like TeamViewer are integral parts of this role. Crucially, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation.

Candidates should possess 2-3 years of experience in endpoint deployment, deskside support, or field support. Essential hands-on experience includes SCCM/MECM OSD, Microsoft Intune Autopilot, SCCM Admin Console, and Microsoft Intune Admin Center. Proficiency with ServiceNow for incident and request management, knowledge of kiosk device setup, and strong technical writing abilities are mandatory. Experience with remote support tools like TeamViewer and excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer-support skills are also required.
