You will play a crucial role in resolving UTR system challenges during new store and hub launches, as well as in business-as-usual operations. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with product and technical teams to implement permanent solutions for recurring system problems. Your efforts will directly contribute to streamlining processes and ensuring a smooth operational flow, ultimately enhancing the customer journey in various global markets.

We require at least 3 years of experience in program or project management, along with a similar duration of cross-functional collaboration with both technical and non-technical teams. A strong background in defining and implementing process improvements, leveraging data and metrics, is essential.

Candidates must possess an advanced understanding of Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUps, alongside proficiency in SQL. Experience in defining program requirements and utilizing data for metric-driven improvements is also necessary. A Bachelor's degree is a foundational requirement for this role.
