This role combines technical leadership, people management, and delivery accountability to create scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions that align with business objectives. You will serve as a technical authority, mentor team members, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure engineering excellence across multiple workstreams.

You will own end-to-end delivery of full-stack solutions, architecting systems across React front end, .NET APIs, and Azure infrastructure. Responsibilities include providing architectural guidance, enforcing engineering standards, and ensuring proper utilization of Azure services like App Service, Static Web Apps, SQL, and AD.

Key duties involve overseeing project delivery, managing sprint planning, technical risk, and code quality. You'll also lead production readiness, release management, and critical incident resolution. Furthermore, you'll manage, mentor, and develop a team of consultants, fostering a strong engineering culture.

A deep understanding of React and TypeScript front-end architectures, along with expertise in C#/.NET Core API design and enterprise patterns is essential. You should possess strong experience with SQL/Azure SQL and proficiency in Azure services including App Service, Static Web Apps, AD, and Key Vaults.

Demonstrated experience in managing production-critical incidents and making sound decisions in complex cloud, integration, and security scenarios is required. The role also calls for the ability to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and communicate effectively with leadership regarding risks and trade-offs.
