Lead the architecture and development of full-stack solutions across React, .NET APIs, and Azure cloud. You will guide teams on designing scalable, secure, and high-quality systems, ensuring adherence to engineering standards and best practices. Oversee project delivery, manage sprint planning, and drive production readiness. Mentor and develop engineering talent, fostering a culture of ownership and excellence. We are looking for a leader with deep expertise in C#/.NET Core API design and enterprise API patterns, alongside a strong understanding of React and TypeScript front-end architectures. Proficiency with Azure cloud services, including Azure App Service, Azure Static Web Apps, Azure AD, and Key Vaults, is essential. Experience with Azure DevOps, Git workflows, and CI/CD pipelines is required. Strong SQL/Azure SQL skills and experience managing production-critical incidents are key.
