We are seeking a Full Stack Development Manager with a strong backend focus, complemented by React frontend exposure and Azure cloud expertise. This role is crucial for overseeing end-to-end delivery of comprehensive full-stack solutions.

Take ownership of full-stack solutions spanning frontend, backend, and Azure cloud platforms. Lead with technical authority, mentor team members, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality delivery that aligns with business goals. This includes architecting React frontends, .NET APIs, and Azure infrastructure, defining engineering standards, and driving production readiness.

Manage delivery commitments for projects, oversee sprint planning, and ensure high code quality through robust reviews. Foster a culture of engineering excellence and accountability, guiding teams on best practices for application observability and incident management. Additionally, translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and communicate technical decisions effectively to leadership.

Demonstrate deep expertise in C#/.NET Core API design and enterprise patterns, alongside a strong understanding of React and TypeScript frontend architectures. Proven experience with Azure cloud services such as App Service, Static Web Apps, Azure AD, and Key Vaults is essential. Candidates should have a solid grasp of SQL/Azure SQL, microservices architecture, and CI/CD principles using Azure DevOps and Git.

Candidates will also be responsible for people management, including mentoring and developing consultants, providing technical coaching, and driving skill uplift in key technologies. Strong problem-solving abilities, experience managing critical incidents, and the capacity to balance speed, quality, and long-term maintainability are key requirements for this role.
