As a Migration Specialist & Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will drive enterprise-scale infrastructure and platform migrations across cloud and on-premises environments. This role is pivotal in modernizing Active Directory, integrating hybrid identities, and migrating x86 platforms to ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing enterprise infrastructure.

Lead comprehensive infrastructure and platform migration initiatives, encompassing Active Directory transformation and cloud adoption. You will manage the full migration lifecycle, from discovery and assessment to planning, execution, validation, and post-migration optimization within complex enterprise settings.

Key duties include: - Executing platform migrations for x86 infrastructure (VMware, Nutanix, Dell, Azure Local). - Spearheading Active Directory migration, consolidation, and modernization. - Designing and implementing hybrid cloud infrastructure and identity integration with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID. - Conducting infrastructure discovery, assessment, and dependency mapping. - Implementing cloud migration strategies (rehost, replatform, modernization). - Managing Active Directory services (Group Policy, DNS, replication, domain controllers). - Ensuring post-migration infrastructure performance, scalability, security, and stability. - Troubleshooting complex hybrid environment issues. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless transformation.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is required, along with 5-8 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, migration delivery, and cloud environments. You should possess strong expertise in platform migrations (VMware, Nutanix, x86) and hands-on experience with Active Directory in multi-domain settings.

Essential skills include: - Proficiency with Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid identity integration. - Proven experience in Active Directory migration and infrastructure transformation programs. - Familiarity with Azure cloud infrastructure and migration tools. - Solid understanding of cloud migration methodologies, wave planning, and best practices. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication abilities. - The capacity to manage large-scale migration projects in dynamic enterprise environments.
