We are seeking a Strategy Senior Manager to join our Technology Strategy & Transformation (TST) team, a recognized leader in driving business-led, tech-enabled transformations for major enterprises.

This role offers the opportunity to operate at the intersection of business, technology, and customer needs, devising innovative strategies based on current trends and data. You will guide clients in reimagining their business and operating models with cutting-edge, tech-enabled solutions to enhance enterprise performance. The position involves setting and driving enterprise technology vision and strategy aligned with corporate goals, customer focus, and solution teams, while optimizing technology spend for cost, agility, productivity, and performance.

As a Strategy Senior Manager, you will translate business strategies into enterprise-wide technology visions and strategies aligned with growth, customer experience, and efficiency priorities. You will analyze value chains and business capabilities to understand strategic objectives, KPIs, and underlying systems. Responsibilities include assessing the impact of business strategy on business capabilities and processes to identify optimization opportunities through tech-enabled solutions.

You will also analyze business models and business model innovation, with a preference for expertise in Market Strategy, Pricing/Monetization, Finance, Ecosystem Management, or Product Management. The role requires the ability to analyze client IT Operating Models and develop actionable roadmaps. Significant experience in developing enterprise business capability models, analyzing system portfolios, and safeguarding transformation strategy and business architecture is essential.

To excel in this role, a strong academic background including a BE/B.Tech and an MBA from top-tier B-schools is required. We are looking for candidates with 15+ years of relevant experience in large-scale, enterprise-wide transformations, ideally within a Strategy Consulting firm. Significant industry/sector experience through client engagements related to business transformation is crucial, with a preference for sectors like Financial Services, Retail, Healthcare/Pharma, Telecom, or E-commerce.

Demonstrated experience in driving business and technology workshops to collaboratively develop transformation visions, strategies, roadmaps, and blueprints is necessary. Proficiency in assessing IT operating models and organizational structures for optimization opportunities, understanding IT-business alignment, IT strategy and planning, and developing current/future state IT architectures is expected. Experience with large transformations involving customer experience, process re-engineering, digital, cloud, AI/ML, automation, and emerging technologies is also a key requirement.
