We collaborate with Chief Information Officers (CIOs) and Chief Technology Officers (CTOs) to create value and deliver world-class IT capabilities that support future business requirements. Leveraging the EY brand and our industry expertise, we offer a comprehensive suite of services, including Tech Strategy & Vision, IT Operating Model optimization, Transformation strategy, roadmaps & blueprints, Office of CIO functions, Product strategy & management, M&A due-diligence, and Enterprise Architecture Services.

Key responsibilities involve translating business strategy into enterprise-wide technology vision and strategy, analyzing value chains to understand strategic objectives, and assessing the impact of business strategy on capabilities and processes for optimization opportunities.

You will also be expected to analyze business models, conduct deep-dive technology workshops, and assess IT operating models to develop recommendations and actionable roadmaps. A significant part of the role includes developing enterprise-wide business capability models, analyzing system portfolios, and safeguarding transformation strategies.

This role requires guiding clients through large-scale enterprise transformations, collaborating with IT and business leadership to shape strategic agendas, and acting as a trusted advisor on innovation by framing business and technology trends within client objectives. You will leverage EY's global network and cross-functional expertise for architecture insights, lead client conversations with senior leadership, and build trusted relationships as a strategic technology advisor.

To qualify for this role, a strong academic background is essential, including a BE/B.Tech and an MBA from a top Tier-1 business school. You should possess a background in Strategy Consulting from top-tier firms, with over 10 years of relevant experience in large-scale, enterprise-wide transformations.

We require a minimum of 10 years of specific industry/sector experience, demonstrated through client engagements related to business transformation, with expertise in sectors such as financial services, retail, healthcare/pharma, telecom, or e-commerce. Proven experience in driving business and technology workshops to collaboratively develop transformation vision, strategy, roadmaps, and blueprints is crucial.

Experience with assessing IT operating model maturity, understanding IT-business alignment, IT strategy and planning, and developing current/future state IT architecture is expected. Furthermore, experience with transformations related to customer experience, process re-engineering, digital, cloud, automation, AI/ML, advanced analytics, and emerging technologies is required. The ability to analyze data, translate findings into insights, and possess knowledge of IT Service Management, Agile methodologies, data visualization, cloud, and emerging technologies is also key.
