Key responsibilities involve translating business strategy into enterprise-wide technology vision, analyzing value chains to understand strategic objectives, and assessing business strategy impact on capabilities and processes. You will identify optimization opportunities through tech-enabled solutions and have strong experience in business model innovation.

Develop recommendations and actionable roadmaps by analyzing client IT Operating Models. You will also be responsible for developing enterprise-wide business capability models, analyzing system portfolios, and acting as a guardian for transformation strategies.

Guide clients through large-scale enterprise transformations, working with IT and business leadership to shape the strategic agenda. Serve as a trusted advisor on innovation, framing business and technology trends within client objectives and identifying potential impacts. Leverage EY’s global network and cross-functional expertise for architecture insights.

Additional responsibilities include leading client conversations with senior stakeholders, building trusted advisor relationships, and developing the TST Strategy practice. Contribute to thought leadership, develop structured solutions, and manage engagement teams. You will also coach team members, develop new solution offerings, and support practice management tasks.

Demonstrate proficiency in using tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and visualization tools. Experience in pursuit teams, conceptualizing propositions, and presenting solutions is essential. Create expert content for point-of-view documents and utilize advanced communication skills for C-level discussions. Showcase strong understanding of a specific industry or technology to advise senior leadership.

To excel in this role, a strong academic background with a BE/B.Tech and an MBA from a top Tier-1 B-school is essential. A background in Strategy Consulting from a top-tier firm with over 5 years of relevant experience in large-scale, enterprise-wide transformations is required.

Minimum of 5 years of specific industry/sector experience through client engagements related to business transformation is necessary, with experience in sectors like Financial Services, Retail, Healthcare/Pharma, Telecom, or e-commerce being advantageous. Demonstrated experience driving business and technology workshops to develop transformation visions, strategies, roadmaps, and blueprints is key.

Experience assessing IT operating model maturity and organizational structure for optimization opportunities is required, along with an understanding of IT-business alignment, IT strategy, planning, and IT/Digital maturity assessments. Experience with large transformations in customer experience, process re-engineering, digital, cloud, automation, AI/ML, and emerging technologies is also critical.

Conduct research and analyze operational effectiveness, processes, and stakeholders to identify systemic issues impacting business performance. Experience in designing and managing effective IT governance frameworks is needed. Ability to analyze data, translate findings into meaningful insights, and integrate relevant business knowledge is crucial. Knowledge or exposure to IT Service Management, Governance, Agile methodologies, Data Visualization, Cloud technologies, and emerging technologies is beneficial.

Preferred qualifications include advanced business/technology degrees (MBA, Masters) from tier-1 schools. Experience presenting directly to C-suite executives and explaining complex concepts is highly valued. Speaking at industry conferences, authoring articles, and possessing business/technology innovation experience with emerging tech solutions are advantageous.

Exposure across key technology domains such as application, data, DevOps, infrastructure, cloud, network, and security is preferred. Demonstrated capability to drive sales and bring client relationships to the firm is a plus. Relevant industry certifications (e.g., TOGAF, TMForum, AWS Cloud Certified) are also preferred.
