This role offers the opportunity to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade web applications across diverse platforms. You will blend technical leadership with hands-on development and crucial stakeholder engagement, ensuring the creation of high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions. The position involves working within a modern hybrid ecosystem, encompassing on-premise, Azure, AWS, and VMware environments, with C++ backends, alongside Python (Flask, Django), JavaScript, and React frontends, while managing the full lifecycle of delivery, releases, and ongoing support.

Take on technical leadership for multiple products, upholding code quality, consistency, and best practices. You will manage release cycles, deployment strategies, and environment governance, alongside leading support triage, prioritization, and ticket management. Provide onshore delivery leadership, coordinating effectively with offshore teams. Drive ongoing improvements in development processes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define and refine solution architectures, designing scalable, secure, and high-performing systems for cloud-native environments. Offer guidance on microservices, API design, and integration patterns, contributing to technical roadmaps and platform evolution.

Demonstrate strong full-stack development expertise across React with TypeScript and robust API design and development. Exhibit mastery with relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, Azure SQL, and Cosmos DB, alongside solid experience within the Azure cloud ecosystem. Possess hands-on proficiency in DevOps and infrastructure tools such as CMake, Azure DevOps (CI/CD), Docker, Kubernetes, and NGINX. Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools like App Insights is essential. Proven experience as a technical or delivery lead, managing support processes, triage, and prioritization, coupled with exceptional stakeholder communication and engagement skills, is required. The ability to operate effectively across architecture, design, and execution levels is critical.
