Lead backend and AI agentic platform engineering for complex enterprise transformations. Define and govern architectural principles for Python-led backend platforms, microservices, API ecosystems, and cloud-native deployments. Drive technical governance through forums, architecture reviews, and risk assessments. Partner with senior stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into actionable engineering roadmaps.

Build and scale high-performing engineering teams, focusing on role clarity, capability development, and mentoring. Champion consistent engineering standards in secure coding, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, and operational resilience. Identify opportunities for platform investment, reusable assets, and automation to boost delivery velocity and mitigate risk.

We seek a seasoned engineering leader with a robust background in backend engineering, particularly with Python and Java microservices. A strong command of secure, scalable, and observable enterprise platform architecture is essential. You should have proven experience managing multiple engineering workstreams, senior engineers, and technical architects within large-scale programs.

Expertise in API design, microservices, database integration, DevOps, CI/CD, and production readiness is crucial. The role demands strong delivery governance capabilities, including estimation, risk management, and stakeholder reporting.
