We're seeking a Senior Consultant focused on Infrastructure Resilience to champion initiatives in disaster recovery and recovery readiness. This role is crucial for enhancing our capabilities across compute, storage, backup, virtualization, cloud, and hybrid infrastructures. You will be instrumental in driving resilience assessments, DR testing, recovery validation, and preparedness for evolving threats like ransomware. Your expertise will help shape a better working world for our clients and colleagues.

Spearhead infrastructure resilience assessments for compute, storage, backup, virtualization, cloud, identity, and network services. Critically evaluate recovery strategies, dependency maps, and sequencing for optimal readiness. Conduct comprehensive DR tests, failover/failback exercises, and recovery simulations. Assess backup and storage environments against RPO/RTO objectives and ensure robust replication and immutability. Develop and maintain essential DR plans, recovery runbooks, and procedures. Lead ransomware recovery preparedness, including trusted restore validation. Identify and recommend solutions for resilience gaps, risks, and single points of failure. Collaborate effectively with infrastructure, cloud, operations, application, audit, and business teams. Deliver assessment reports, recovery roadmaps, and client-ready deliverables. Support workshops, solutioning, and client consulting engagements.

A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in infrastructure resilience, disaster recovery, or related infrastructure domains is essential. Possess a strong understanding of compute, virtualization, storage, backup, cloud, and hybrid environments. Demonstrate hands-on experience with backup technologies, replication, snapshots, immutable backups, and restore processes. Familiarity with networking concepts such as LAN, WAN, redundancy, failover, and load balancing is required. Proven experience in DR planning, recovery testing, failover/failback, dependency mapping, and recovery validation is necessary. Understanding of ransomware recovery, trusted restores, and recovery preparedness is key. Excellent documentation, analytical, stakeholder management, and consulting skills are crucial. A solid grasp of hosting models, cloud platforms, and datacenter strategies is expected.
