We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Application Architect with specialized expertise in Provider Network Management (PNM) within Salesforce Health Cloud, including proficiency in Vlocity/OmniStudio.

This role is pivotal in designing and implementing solutions for provider enrollment, credentialing, network management, and contract automation. You will utilize Salesforce's robust PNM capabilities to streamline provider onboarding, automate guided workflows, and leverage specialized Health Cloud PNM objects and data models to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Architect comprehensive PNM solutions, encompassing provider enrollment, credentialing, contracts, and network setup, ensuring alignment with Health Cloud PNM functionalities.

Design and enhance the PNM data model through the creation and customization of objects. Lead solution design leveraging Vlocity/OmniStudio components, including OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors. Provide expert architectural guidance, ensure solution scalability, and uphold Salesforce platform best practices. Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, provider operations teams, and engineering groups to deliver compliant, high-quality solutions.

A minimum of 10-15 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years focused on Salesforce.

Demonstrate strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud PNM and the intricacies of healthcare provider lifecycle processes. Possess advanced proficiency in Vlocity/OmniStudio. Exhibit strong skills in Salesforce platform architecture, data modeling, and integration. Familiarity with healthcare payer/provider operational models is essential. Deep understanding of Salesforce architectural best practices, scalability considerations, and cross-cloud solutioning is required. Proficiency in API design, security, data modeling, system integrations, and event-driven architectures. Excellent communication skills are necessary for effective stakeholder management, leading discovery workshops, and presenting solutions. While not mandatory, preferred certifications include Application Architect, OmniStudio, and Health Cloud.
