We are seeking a skilled Product Engineer focused on Ardoq to join our NGTO team. This role is pivotal in developing, configuring, and enhancing enterprise architecture solutions within the Ardoq platform. It involves a blend of platform engineering, Python development, API integrations, and leveraging AI for advanced data analysis. You will collaborate closely with Enterprise Architects, Product Owners, and Solution Architects to automate data ingestion, elevate data quality, and derive actionable insights from enterprise information.

Key responsibilities include configuring and maintaining Ardoq environments (workspaces, metamodels, components, etc.). You will model critical architectural elements like applications, business capabilities, and technical debt.

Develop robust Python utilities for data ingestion, transformation, and validation. Integrate Ardoq seamlessly with various enterprise systems such as ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and cloud platforms.

Build and manage REST API integrations, and apply AI and LLMs to analyze enterprise data, identify technical debt, and generate strategic recommendations. This includes developing AI prompts, response schemas, and validation rules.

Implement efficient scheduled imports, data mapping, and error handling. Create insightful Ardoq dashboards and reports to support application portfolio management and rationalization efforts. Troubleshoot and resolve integration, platform, and data quality issues, while preparing comprehensive technical designs and documentation.

We are looking for candidates with 3 to 7 years of experience in product engineering, enterprise architecture tools, or platform engineering. Proven hands-on experience with Ardoq workspaces, metamodels, and integrations is essential.

Strong Python programming skills for API clients, data processing, and automation are required, along with proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, and HTTPS. Experience with AI services like Azure OpenAI or equivalent LLM platforms, and knowledge of concepts such as RAG and embeddings, are crucial.

Familiarity with Python frameworks (FastAPI, Pydantic, Pandas) and Git is expected. A solid understanding of business, application, data, and technology architecture, coupled with practical AI/LLM knowledge, is necessary. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills are vital for success in this role.
