This Full Stack Development Manager role emphasizes backend development with strong Azure expertise and React front-end exposure. You will oversee end-to-end delivery of full stack solutions, integrating front-end, back-end, and Azure cloud platforms. The position requires a blend of technical leadership, people management, and delivery accountability, focusing on creating scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions that align with business objectives. As a technical authority, you will mentor consultants, collaborate with stakeholders, and champion engineering excellence across various teams and workstreams.

Lead and architect full stack solutions encompassing React front-end, .NET APIs, and Azure infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability. Guide teams on application observability using Azure services like Application Insights. Own delivery commitments for projects or product workstreams, managing sprint planning, estimations, and technical risks. Ensure high code quality through rigorous reviews and drive production readiness, release management, and post-production stability. Foster a strong engineering culture by managing and mentoring consultants, providing technical coaching, and driving skill development in React, .NET, Azure, and CI/CD practices. Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical roadmaps and communicate technical decisions clearly to leadership.

Demonstrate expertise in React and TypeScript front-end architectures, component design, performance optimization, and state management. Possess deep knowledge of C#/.NET Core API design, enterprise API patterns, dependency injection, middleware, and API security (OAuth2). Exhibit strong experience with SQL/Azure SQL, including data modeling and performance. Showcase proficiency in Azure services such as App Service, Static Web Apps, Azure AD, Key Vaults, and Application Insights. A good understanding of Azure DevOps, Git workflows, and YAML CI/CD pipelines is essential.
