Lead architectural design for React front-end, .NET APIs, and Azure infrastructure, ensuring scalable and secure systems. Oversee project delivery commitments, sprint planning, and technical risk management, driving high code quality through structured reviews. Manage and mentor a team of consultants, fostering a strong engineering culture. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and communicate technical decisions effectively.

Requires deep expertise in C#/.NET Core API design, enterprise API patterns, and microservices architectures. Strong experience with SQL/Azure SQL and Azure cloud services like App Service, Static Web Apps, Azure AD, and Key Vaults is essential. Proficiency in React and TypeScript front-end architectures, along with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, is expected.
