As a Senior Front End Developer, you will provide technical leadership in React development, own UI architecture, and ensure project delivery excellence. This role involves mentoring team members and championing front-end best practices.

Take full ownership of front-end design and implementation using React and MUI/MUI X. Establish and enforce UI architecture, component standards, and reuse strategies. Lead complex UI development and performance optimization efforts. Oversee API integrations from a front-end contract and usability standpoint. Conduct code reviews to uphold quality, security, and scalability. Mentor junior developers and collaborate effectively with architects, backend leads, and product stakeholders. Monitor UI performance and diagnostics using Azure App Insights, and support release readiness and issue resolution.

We seek individuals with deep expertise in React, React Hooks, and MUI/MUI X (including DataGrid and Pro). Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and UI design patterns is essential. Experience in designing reusable component libraries and frameworks is required. A solid understanding of UI security, authentication flows, and error handling is crucial. Advanced experience with Azure Application Insights for UI telemetry, along with working knowledge of Azure App Service and deployment environments, is expected. Familiarity with Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and release practices, alongside experience in driving front-end standards, performance benchmarks, and quality gates, is necessary.
