This senior strategic Enterprise Architect role within the Financial Services sector requires over 15 years of IT experience, including 6+ years as an Enterprise Architect. You will define the organization's architecture vision, drive modernization and transformation initiatives, and shape IT strategy and roadmaps for large enterprises.

This position focuses on guiding enterprise-wide architecture, ensuring alignment with financial industry standards and regulatory frameworks. You will be instrumental in shaping technology direction and delivering robust, secure, and resilient solutions.

Lead enterprise architecture efforts for major transformation and modernization projects. Develop target-state architectures, conduct assessments, and create comprehensive enterprise roadmaps. Provide architectural guidance across technology, data, integration, security, and infrastructure domains.

Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions. Create reusable architectural assets and represent them in governance boards. Support IT strategy, operating model definition, and business development opportunities. Ensure architecture compliance with financial regulations and embed risk and security controls.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field is required, alongside 15+ years of IT experience, with a minimum of 6 years specifically as an Enterprise Architect in complex environments. Proven experience in defining target architectures, conducting assessments, and establishing architecture governance is essential.

Proficiency with EA tools like LeanIX or ArchiMate is necessary. Strong technical depth across application, cloud, data, and security architectures, with expertise in multi-cloud, microservices, DevSecOps, and automation is crucial. Familiarity with emerging technologies and excellent leadership and consulting skills are also required.
