Provide technical leadership and own solution architecture across React front end, .NET APIs, and Azure cloud infrastructure. Guide teams on building scalable, secure, and maintainable systems, ensuring adherence to engineering standards and best practices. Oversee delivery commitments, manage sprint planning, technical risks, and ensure high code quality. Lead root cause analysis for critical incidents and drive production readiness.

Manage and mentor Senior Consultants and Consultants, providing technical coaching and fostering a strong engineering culture. Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps, clearly communicating risks and technical decisions to leadership. Balance speed, quality, and long-term maintainability in complex cloud, integration, and security scenarios.

Possess deep expertise in C#/.NET Core API design and enterprise API patterns, including dependency injection, middleware, API security, and microservices architectures. Demonstrate strong proficiency with Azure App Service, Azure Static Web Apps, Azure AD, Key Vaults, and Application Insights. Experience guiding front-end teams on React and TypeScript architectures, including component design, performance optimization, and testing strategies is essential. Solid experience with SQL/Azure SQL and an understanding of DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines are required.
