We are seeking a skilled Data & Power Apps Consultant to design, develop, and integrate enterprise-grade low-code applications, workflow automations, and robust data solutions. This role is pivotal in constructing scalable Power Platform applications, ensuring seamless data integration, and delivering secure, reliable, and maintainable solutions that drive significant business transformation and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate possesses extensive hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, SQL, APIs, and data pipeline concepts. A key aspect of this role involves close collaboration with business and technology stakeholders to translate complex requirements into effective technical outcomes.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive Power Apps solutions, encompassing both Canvas and Model-driven applications. You will build and enhance workflow automations using Power Automate to streamline processes and improve efficiency. The role also involves designing and supporting ETL/ELT data pipelines and integrations across various enterprise systems.

Further duties include developing and managing data models utilizing Dataverse, SQL, and relational database principles. Integration of applications with Microsoft 365, REST APIs, JSON-based services, and external platforms is essential. You will be responsible for troubleshooting application, automation, integration, and data-related issues across different environments. Implementing robust data validation, quality checks, governance practices, and access control considerations are also crucial. Ultimately, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to convert business requirements into scalable and effective technical solutions.

We are looking for candidates with a B.E., B.Tech, or BCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field. A minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Power Platform, application development, data engineering, or integration-focused roles is required.

Essential qualifications include strong hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), proficiency in Power Automate for workflow automation, and a solid understanding of Dataverse, relational databases, SQL, and data modeling. Experience in API integration using REST services, JSON, and enterprise application interfaces is necessary. A working knowledge of data pipeline concepts, including ETL/ELT design and operational support, is also expected. Excellent troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities are paramount, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple project priorities.
