We are searching for an accomplished Cloud Engineering Manager specializing in API, Full Stack, and AI/ML. This role demands over 12 years of robust experience in cloud engineering, enterprise application development, API-first architecture, full-stack development, and AI/ML solution delivery across diverse multi-cloud environments.

The primary focus is leading the design, development, and modernization of cloud-native applications, enterprise API ecosystems, and AI-driven business solutions. The goal is to accelerate digital transformation, foster innovation, and enhance operational excellence for our enterprise clients. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, capable of leading extensive engineering teams, shaping technology roadmaps, advancing AI/ML adoption, and delivering scalable cloud and API solutions within complex enterprise landscapes.

- Lead the comprehensive architecture, design, development, and modernization of cloud-native applications, enterprise API platforms, and AI-powered solutions across Azure, AWS, and GCP. - Define and implement API-first, cloud-native, and platform engineering strategies that align with enterprise digital transformation objectives. - Establish robust engineering standards, governance frameworks, architecture best practices, and reusable technology accelerators for all application development initiatives. - Champion the adoption of modern architectural patterns like microservices, event-driven systems, containerized platforms, and serverless technologies. - Oversee full-stack application development, utilizing modern front-end and back-end frameworks, with a primary focus on Python for development. - Demonstrate strong proficiency in enterprise API design, development, integration, lifecycle management, security, and governance through API Management platforms. - Drive the implementation of enterprise integration solutions using REST APIs, GraphQL, event streaming, and hybrid cloud integration patterns. - Lead the development and operationalization of AI/ML, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG architectures, AI Agents, and intelligent automation solutions. - Collaborate closely with data science, cloud, platform, and business teams to seamlessly integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications and business processes. - Define and enforce AI engineering best practices, including Responsible AI, MLOps, security, observability, governance, and lifecycle management. - Spearhead cloud application modernization efforts utilizing Kubernetes, Containers, DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, and Infrastructure as Code. - Lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs), innovation initiatives, solution accelerators, and technology assessments for Cloud, API, and AI transformation programs. - Develop compelling business cases, executive dashboards, technology roadmaps, and strategic solution recommendations for client engagements. - Partner with Architecture, Security, Data, DevOps, and Platform teams to ensure technology initiatives align with enterprise governance and operational objectives. - Support pre-sales activities, including solutioning workshops, RFP responses, technical proposals, and strategic consulting engagements.

Possess a minimum of 12 years of extensive experience in Cloud Engineering, Enterprise Application Development, API Engineering, Full Stack Development, and Technology Delivery.

Include at least 5 years of leadership experience managing engineering teams, architecture programs, and large-scale cloud transformation initiatives.

Demonstrate a deep understanding of cloud-native architectural principles, encompassing microservices, serverless computing, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems.

Showcase proven expertise in API strategy, API governance, integration architecture, and enterprise modernization efforts.

Highlight strong experience leading the development and enterprise adoption programs for AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.

Provide evidence of experience in client-facing consulting, advisory, or enterprise transformation roles.

Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of cloud security, application security, governance, compliance, DevSecOps, and operational excellence practices.

Possess excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.

Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related discipline. A Master’s degree is highly preferred.
