Key responsibilities include conducting thorough storage & backup infrastructure assessments, designing transformation roadmaps, and optimizing performance across on-premise and public cloud environments. You will manage the deployment of storage & backup infrastructure, execute data migrations, and oversee upgrade engagements. A critical aspect of this role involves providing expert advisory on data management strategies, backup solutions, security, and cyber resiliency.

Develop and recommend optimal disaster recovery solutions tailored to client infrastructure and business goals. This includes analyzing existing technology landscapes, developing technology strategies, and managing projects from inception to completion. Staying abreast of the latest advancements in data protection technologies is essential for providing informed recommendations and driving innovation.

This role requires a seasoned professional with 4-8 years of comprehensive experience, including a strong background in public cloud infrastructure deployment and management, coupled with prior expertise in storage and backup infrastructure management.

A minimum of 3 years dedicated to storage and backup services deployment and management across both on-premise and public cloud environments is essential. Additionally, at least 2 years of experience in public cloud services deployment and management, alongside 1 year of experience in infrastructure automation using tools like Terraform and Ansible, is expected.

Candidates should possess a solid awareness of Data Centre and IT Infrastructure technologies, excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication and collaboration skills, and proficiency in presentation and data analysis. A B.Tech. or BS in Computer Science is required, and relevant OEM, storage, backup, and public cloud certifications are highly regarded.
