Lead AI/ML assessments and design comprehensive transformation roadmaps aligned with client business objectives. Architect and implement cutting-edge AI/ML solutions, including traditional machine learning, NLP, computer vision, and Generative AI.

Develop and optimize machine learning pipelines, feature engineering, and deployment architectures. Design and deploy Generative AI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and define success criteria.

Drive proof-of-concepts, pilots, and production deployments, ensuring scalability and compliance. Develop detailed technical documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless solution delivery. Stay abreast of emerging AI trends and provide strategic recommendations.

A minimum of 6–8 years of IT experience with a strong focus on AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Generative AI solutions is essential. Proven hands-on experience in machine learning model development, deployment, NLP, deep learning, and Generative AI is required.

Proficiency in LLM platforms such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, or Anthropic is crucial. Experience with RAG architectures, Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering, and AI Agents is expected. Strong command of Python and ML frameworks like Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch is necessary, along with MLOps and AI deployment practices.

Demonstrated ability in AI opportunity assessments and adoption strategies, leading transformation initiatives from ideation to production. Experience building enterprise AI applications, copilots, and intelligent assistants is a plus. A solid understanding of AI governance, Responsible AI, security, and model monitoring is also required, alongside excellent client-facing consulting and communication skills.
