Lead enterprise AI strategy, assessment, and transformation programs. Define AI vision, roadmaps, and governance aligned with business goals. Manage the complete AI/ML and Generative AI lifecycle, from concept to value realization. Provide architectural leadership for scalable AI solutions, including GenAI ecosystems and AI Agents. Drive modernization through intelligent automation, copilots, and domain-specific AI.

Oversee delivery teams comprising data scientists and engineers. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, presenting strategies and roadmaps. Ensure solution quality, governance, and risk management. Support business development through proposal creation and capability demonstrations. Mentor team members and promote best practices in AI engineering and MLOps.

Requires 7-12 years of IT experience with a strong focus on AI/ML, Generative AI, analytics, and digital transformation. Proven track record leading large-scale AI transformation and solution deployments is essential.

Key expertise includes Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agent frameworks, Data Science, Advanced Analytics, Predictive Modeling, Cloud AI platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and MLOps. Experience with AI strategy, assessment methodologies, and transformation planning is also necessary.

Candidates must demonstrate experience managing cross-functional technical teams and delivering multiple projects concurrently. A solid understanding of Responsible AI, model governance, security, privacy, and compliance is required. The ability to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions with measurable outcomes, coupled with excellent executive-level communication and consulting skills, is crucial. Strong experience in solutioning, account growth, and practice development is beneficial.
