As a Technology Risk Senior focusing on AI Governance, you will play a key role in client engagements and internal initiatives, delivering expertise in AI Governance, AI Risk Management, and AI Assurance. This senior role involves close collaboration with managers and engagement teams, actively participating in risk assessments, evaluating controls, and supporting compliance and assurance reviews.

You'll be instrumental in helping clients navigate the complex landscape of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI. Your responsibilities will include assessing, designing, and advising on robust governance frameworks, effective risk management practices, and essential compliance controls. Engage in client-facing roles, collaborating with cross-functional teams, internal audits, IT security, and business stakeholders to assess control effectiveness and drive remediation. Design, assess, and advise on enterprise AI governance frameworks, policies, standards, and controls. Support AI assurance, audit, and compliance reviews by providing governance evidence, control assessments, and risk mitigation strategies. Perform AI governance reviews, control assessments, and compliance evaluations against established frameworks and regulatory requirements. Conduct comprehensive AI risk assessments, including bias, fairness, explainability, privacy, security, model risk, hallucinations, and regulatory compliance. Maintain AI inventories, model registers, risk classifications, and governance documentation to ensure transparency and accountability. Monitor AI risk indicators, model performance, control effectiveness, and compliance metrics, delivering crucial governance reporting and executive dashboards.

A minimum of 4 years of experience in AI Governance, Model Governance, Technology Risk, AI Risk Management, Data Governance, or Compliance is required. Experience in ITGC, ITAC, SOX, Technology Risk, Internal Audit, Risk & Compliance, or GRC engagements is highly preferred. You should possess a strong understanding of Responsible AI principles, AI governance frameworks, and the AI/ML lifecycle. Familiarity with AI regulations and standards such as ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, and GDPR is essential. Demonstrated experience in performing AI risk assessments, governance reviews, control evaluations, and compliance reporting. Understanding of Machine Learning, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and their associated governance risks is necessary. Proficiency with collaboration and governance tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, and ServiceNow is expected. Ideally, you hold a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Science, Risk Management, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities, are crucial for success in this dynamic environment.
