Join the AWS Infrastructure Services team, the backbone of the cloud, responsible for the design, planning, delivery, and operation of global AWS data centers. We are the engineers, supply chain specialists, and operations managers who ensure AWS customers have uninterrupted access to the innovation they rely on. This role is part of the Data Center Capacity Delivery Asia-Pacific Controls Deployment and Service (DCCD APAC CDS) team, which ensures the health of AWS data centers across the region.

As a pivotal member of this team, you will contribute to delivering and servicing control systems vital for data center operations. Your work will directly impact the reliability and efficiency of AWS's global infrastructure, supporting a culture of continuous innovation and customer satisfaction. Deploy data center controls, managing vendors effectively to ensure minimal defects at Power and Facilities Hand-Off (PFHO). Deliver critical projects focused on upgrading data center automation systems. Provide essential service and support to partner teams, diagnosing and resolving operational issues like Loss of Visibility (LOV) and Loss of Resilience (LOR). Ensure timely resolution of tasks within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Drive initiatives to enhance the efficiency of our data centers and operational procedures.

Possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Demonstrate experience in carrying new design concepts from exploration through development and into deployment or mass production. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Windows Operating Systems. Experience with power management and power monitoring systems is essential. A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in data centers or comparable critical infrastructure is preferred.
