As an Infrastructure Program Manager, you will be accountable for the successful delivery of new data centers across multiple availability zones in India, concurrently managing over ten projects. You will act as a key liaison between internal customers, business functions (Planning, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Policy, Operations), and functional delivery teams (Construction, Commissioning, Controls, Fiber and Network).
The scope of your responsibilities includes early expansion planning, conducting feasibility analyses, and approving expansion plans and build timelines. You will meticulously evaluate factors like data center supply, utility delivery, and long-lead equipment availability. Continuous monitoring of in-flight projects and major risks across regions is essential to ensure timely delivery aligned with both supply commitments and dynamic customer demand.
We are seeking individuals with at least 3 years of technical infrastructure management experience, demonstrating a solid understanding of best practices and emerging technologies in networking, data centers, hardware, and software. Experience with diverse infrastructure build scenarios is crucial for success in this role.
Preferred qualifications include a proven track record of leading highly technical programs focused on infrastructure and complex systems, as well as expertise in systems engineering. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, complex cross-functional program management skills, financial expertise, and an understanding of legal/regulatory landscapes, coupled with effective communication abilities to navigate ambiguity and complexity.
