Lead cross-functional teams to deliver usable data center capacity for AWS cloud services in India. Partner with senior stakeholders to develop, document, and manage infrastructure designs, implementation schedules, and budgets. Own the delivery of new data centers across multiple availability zones, managing numerous projects simultaneously.

Bridge internal customers, business functions, and delivery teams to ensure on-time, right-sized delivery. Drive feasibility analysis for expansion plans, evaluate supply, utility, and equipment availability. Monitor regional projects, identify major risks, and implement remediation efforts to meet supply commitments and evolving customer demand.

A minimum of 3 years in technical infrastructure management is required, coupled with a strong understanding of infrastructure best practices and emerging technologies in networking, data centers, hardware, and software. Experience navigating various infrastructure build scenarios is essential.

While not strictly required, experience with large-scale infrastructure projects is highly valued. We seek individuals with strong business acumen, complex program management expertise, financial understanding, and an ability to comprehend legal/regulatory aspects. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are crucial for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
